👋 I’m a designer who is passionate about supporting and advocating for curious minds. I enjoy turning insights into designs.

Many of my previous roles have included work across higher education and libraries, where I worked to empower people to question, learn, and explore in new ways. I graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a B.S. in New Media Publishing and a minor in Spanish, and I earned an MLIS from Pratt Institute with a concentration in User Experience.

Working in museums and libraries laid the foundation for my approach to design, through questioning, learning, and presenting information to people as inclusively as possible. Trying to understand where things are and how they're connected. When considering how to organize content, I think about what people already know and what they're trying to learn, use, or do. I’ve worked to scale design quality while delivering elegant, cohesive, and inclusive experiences.

Outside of work, I try to participate in activities that support my community. Previously, I was a steering committee member with Liberation Library, an organization that sends books to incarcerated youth. I’m always looking for new ways to live a zero-waste lifestyle, starting with composting. I compete in triathlons, mostly to balance out my enthusiastic cookie-baking habit.

Fun fact about me: One of my first jobs was working in a print shop/special collections library. I was lucky enough to play with wood-type specimens and restore printing presses. 🤓
